Google Meet is a messaging app launched by Google that allows you to send text messages and make video calls with your friends. Recording Google Meet Videos could be challenging as Google Meet does not provide an option to record the meets. Recording Google Meet Video
The first thing is to prepare the recording frame by placing it over the video call window you want to record.

Setting the frame rate too high can make the video size too large for a Google Meet video call that lasts for only a few minutes.
