LG V30+ Review
Design & Display
One of the premium devices launched by LG, V30+ has an ultimate design. The LG V30+ is equipped with 6-inch full vision QHD+pOLED display with a resolution of 2880X1440 pixel and 538 ppi and 7.3 mm thickness. This gorgeous looking handset weighs just only 158g. The rear panel of the handset has dual camera setup with LED Flash. It also features a power button, V30 + and LG branding. This smart device has curved glass on the front and back side.
The phone caters: “Normal”, “Best for movies”, “Best for Photos” options to choose and adjust the screen according to the user surroundings. On the right side, hybrid sim card tray is equipped and volume rockers are on the left side. It also houses 3.5mm jack on the top and bottom has USB Type-Cport and a speaker. I highly admired the V30 display. It is clear, bright, detailed and has excellent contrast. Blue light filter feature is also an excellent feature of the device. A manufacturer also mentioned the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection that gives shield from scratches and accidental damages. The LG V30+ boasts of high-end audio playback capabilities. You can buy the LG V30+ phone, if you’re a big music lover.
Performance
LG V30+ is a speedy, top-end phone. The handset comes with the
Qualcomm Snapdragon 835(2.459 Ghzx4 +1.9 GHzx4) octa-Core MSM8998 processor combined with 4GB of RAM which makes it a powerful performer.
This handset didn’t heat up during the testing even on heavy usage. In nutshell, it successfully holds the grounds for the performance perspective.
Battery
LG V30+ houses solid, fast and long lasting battery backup. Battery lifespan performs as the company claimed it. It works well on moderate and high-level usage involves gaming, videos, multi-tasking or net surfing with multiple tabs open. On a regular usage, the battery can deliver full day backup. It is also observed that the handset could be charged from zero to 100 percent in approximately two hours. On the front of battery department, LG V30+ effectively holds its ground.
Camera
The dual rear camera is one of the key features of this device. In just a single click, a user can switch the camera angle from 16 Megapixel to 13 Megapixel. In addition to this, it also offers an array of additional camera modes to capture crisp, pixel perfect and lively shots. The front camera has some downsides. Front camera clicks show awkward pictures in the absence of proper or natural light.
Verdict
LG V30+ is definitely a great handheld device. During the phone usage, I didn’t find any lag or major downside. There is no timely security, software updates, by LG which can frustrate their phone lovers.
If we eradicate this issue, LG V30+ is a great purchase for gadget lovers. I would highly recommend this phone to the users with moderate and high-level usage needs.
