3. Disable IPv6
The IPV6 settings are often known to cause internet connectivity problems. You can disable these settings by following the below steps,
1. In the Firefox browser address bar, type about:config and press Enter. Click on ‘I’ll be careful, I promise’ to proceed.
2. You will be presented with a list of preferences. Search for ‘network.dns.disableIPv6′. If already there is an entry for this preference, make sure it is set to ‘True’. You can change the value of a preference just by double-clicking on that preference.
If there is no entry for ‘network.dns.disableIPv6′ preference, create a new entry by Right clicking anywhere on the preferences list & selecting ‘New’. From the available options, choose ‘Boolean’. When prompted with an option to fill in the preference name, enter ‘network.dns.disableIPv6’ and click ‘OK’. For value, select ‘True’ and click ‘OK’ to finish.
4. Run Full System Scan
